In 1988, we started our activities as a family company in Germany. A year later, we started our production activities in Devrek district of Zonguldak province on 300 m2 area. Our company operates in a factory area of more than 15000 m2 in 2019.

As CILAS METAL A.S, we see every employee as a separate value for our company; we keep our focuson the active participation of our staff in all processes. Our four main management principles; responsibility, fairness, accountability and transparency are carried to all of our departments; we aim to reflect not only the products bearing our signature, but also our corporate culture. 

Our aim is to develop high quality products which carry our signature to a more advanced point and to perfect them. Therefore we focus on innovation and R&D activities; We aim to implement the most ecient products for our customers. We produce with advanced tools and technologies thateliminate the nerves in production capacity, and strive to provide the best of all customers fromdifferent sectors.

  • SUBCONTRACTOR AND SUPPLY CHAIN

    All subcontractors and supply chain partners are expected to act in accordance with the important and material provisions of this policy. In cases where the situations given in the subheadings above are encountered, the complaining party first makes a written statement to the Human Resources Manager and the Human Resources Manager convenes the company disciplinary board and initiates the necessary penal procedures as a result of hearing and witnessing the necessary persons on the subject.
